Workout With Me, I'll Make You Laugh & Lose Weight 

Me being under the weather I did not get the opportunity to be as consistent in my workouts. So I am taking the time to do so now. Starting tomorrow, everyday for the first 5 days will be a different fun 10 minute workout. Along with a fitness tip. Thereafter, I will do a 10 minute workout weekly, so it will give you an opportunity to exercise to the workout that you enjoy. This will be coinciding with a weekly article. There will be zumba, pilates, kick boxing, dance, chair dance and good old fashion aerobics to begin with and we will take it from there. If you join me each day, you without a doubt will see a difference in three weeks. If there are any questions you have about any areas you are concerned about, injuries or nutrition, etc, please feel free to ask. Let's try to do this together and have fun. You need not go to a gym to get results. I have managed gyms as well for a long time and seen many people wasting their much hard earned money and not attending. Let us keep it inexpensive and exciting to see the new you. XO Barbara Jeanne
