Lose Those Unwanted Pounds Before Summer (You still have time)

Summer is amost here. You may think that it is to late to lose your unwanted weight and now it is leaving you to go for the clothes that will flatter your extra pounds. You still have time to shed a few pounds but it has to start today. Most people hate to diet and most can't for very long. Diet should be short lived. It is more important to eat right. Keep the calorie intake, 1200 to 1500 calories for a women and 1500 to 1700 for a man. It more imortant to get the calories with food then drinks, so watch what fluids you intake. Drinking water can cut a lot of calories. I don't like diet drinks, people think it helps but they really don't but I will get into that at a later date. It's easy to count calories now a days. It's either on the box of what you are eatting or you can goggle the exact food and amount and the imfo will come up. Next, people hate to exercise and most don't keep it up longer than a week or two. So the easiest way that I tell people I train is start by doing a routine while watching a half hour show. Before you know it, the show will be over and you did your work out. Try doing this atleast 5 days a week. I will post a half hour workout shortly. Between the combination of cutting out the calories and exercising you should be able to see a difference injust a fews weeks. Many in one week if you boost the exercise to an hour.
