Craving Chocolate?

Valentines day is coming. Whe we think of this day, we think of chocolate. This is one of the days that I tell people to enjoy. Sometimes a girl..or guy needs some choclate. Alot of us might not know that when you are craving chocalate your body might be craving zinc. So taking zinc regularly, might be able to curb those chocolate binges. There are so many things we can subsitute, but all those subsitute sugars is a no no. I would rather have you ues cane sugar, and try to use a bit less, Fake sugar actually can stop the thought process to realize you are full. When I studied before I managed homes for the mentally and physically disabed, we were taught that many of the community was over weight not because they didn't ever exercise but because they needed to be on diet soda becuase of their meds and the diet soda blocked them from feeling full, so they had the tendency to eat more and didn't allow their bodies to process what thaey had to drink. Because it is diet soda people think it is fine to drink tons. Well it is not! Tip of the day...if you are lazy tonight, as your laying on the bed, put those legs in the air with you hands under your butt for support. Bring them in and out. v out then in. 50 times. Work Out to Your Own Groove

Everyone, I don't care who it is. I do it myself and I am in good shape. I see someone in shape, either in a movie, magazine and it pumps me up to want to workout. Show me a movie that the people are all shredded and dancing, makes me want to get up and dance my ass off. So I know I am not the only one that fells this way. So what doe it take you to get motivated? A magazine? A action movie? Maybe a dance movie like me. Whatever it takes to get your booty up... get it up and shake it. There is no right way to exercise, just move and groove the pounds away. If you need any help, have any questions, just ask! Tip of the day, it helps when you have someone to motivate you, either working out together. Or going food shoping to pick out the right foods to eat. Thats why on all those shows for losing weight, do it all in teams! So find a partner, and get going. xo Barbara Jeanne

Strip Tease For Me Please

Strip tease has been around for a long time and at some point in almost even womans life, they wish they could or would be able to crawl across the floor and strip for their partner. It is a fantasy for men to not justto  see any woman but to see their woman do it, is a turn on. They do have pole classes, that you can take.Which are fun, and you do get a good work out. Zumbas a great workout, fun and fast. Good, to show your man alittle latin flava. I myself teach both of those classes. I myself do not have a pole in my house. Some people can afford to do this. Most couple as a whole wouldn't want a pole in their bedroom 24/7. So the next best thing to use is the chair. Chair dancing can be very sexual and simple. You can either find classes in your area, on the dvds or even the tv. It is a great fun way to exercise and you get to learn to have yoru fantasy of dancing sexy for your man, as your man gets his fantasy as well. You can also get a chair, put on your favorite sexy song and play around with the chair, practice crawling your way to your man imagining you making you way to him, opening up his zipper and....  If you practice alittle each day, you will not only be exercising, you will be toning and you might be ready to put on a bit of a show on Valentines Day. Tip of the day, you want to have fun, get comfortable with body and moving it. The chair is the best way. Everyone has one, so get going, you have alittle less then two weeks! A Happier You..How?

They say that people who take the time for themselves are happier, not that you take so much time, that you are selfish. Your alone time is good. Here is one of the techniques I learned throughout my years of training. It is called bio feedback. It is a form of meditation, but you are using your mind to control. For example, you have a head ache and the blood rushes to your head. Next thing you head feels like it is beating and pulsing. By learning how to bring your pulse low you will stop the beating, now you concentrate on relieving the area. So, you start by relaxing, lay down where it is quiet, next breath from your stomach, fill your stomach with air and release. Next allow your body almost to melt inside of you. By allowing you limbs to go limp. This is allowing your heart rate to drop. Lastly, concentrate on the area that is hurting, to allow that part of your body to become relaxed and limp. This will allow the blood to move from the area. Does this work? Absolutely, I was so good at one point I could take my pain away from any section of my body. Tip of the day, this is one form of relation. It is good to learn to meditate, even if it’s for a short period. It releases toxins from your body as well as makes your mind and body stronger. There are so many ways to make your body stronger. But the saying mind over matter is extremely true. Barbara Jeanne xo

Sex & Valentines

What does the two have in common. Fantasy! How does it related to fitness. Most woman and men, when it comes to Valentines day, people related love with sex as you get to the age when you are in a relationship. You think of candles, roses, and lingerie. Most woman want to fit into their fantasy outfit, and most men want to see them in it. Everyone is entitled to spend the day as they choose. Most people that I have come across almost my entire adult life, want to have an evening of romance. Most woman would love to end the evening making love to their man undressing them from their sexy lingerie that they took so trying on to make sure it looked just right. To help that along, ladies and gentlemen we have three weeks to get into our fantasy outfits. Men you as well should want to look good for your lady. So, let get our butts in gear and watch what you eat, and exercise any way you choose. It will give you a bit more confidence! XO Barbara Jeanne
