An Easy Way to Lose

Drink water and lots of it. Stop drinking all those other drinks high in sugar. Soda, juices and alcohol. The best way to qruench your thirst is home smoothies. Fresh fruit, natraul juices and ice. Blend and drink. Also try fruit, green tea, whey protien and flax. it's good for you weight and your skin. xo barbara jeanne
