Food Food and More Food..No!

When i would go to the food store with my daughter she would always look at every cart around us and they all would be stacked over the top. I would explain. People are buying way toO much food and way too many snacks that you don't need. I would also explain that all these extra snack make you heavy. My family would never go hungry. They had breakfast, lunch and dinner. One snack before dinner, one snack after dinner. So I wasn't starving my family. The snacking all day is something we didn't do. The pattern of eatting would be the same. Meaning a full course dinner on the table about the same time every night. The problem today is that people are so busy and could be a bit lazy, leaving children to tend for themselves or eatting a lot of fast food. I am not saying I was super woman, but it was how I was brought up. So I carried into my adulthood. I worked a forty hour job and owned my own studio and it can be done. There are so many simple dishes. You either have to learn how do make quick dishes and train you mind to cook before running for fast food. Iam not saying we didn't have fast food ever or our share of pizza, but not as whole. As I said before twenty eight days can break any pattern. Don't snack when you are not hungry and don't think that all fruit is not fattening. Melon and cantalope have a lot of sugar. So check, or you can ask me. Try to train your mind to eat healthy, that is half of your battle to losing weight. xo barbara jeanne
