Exercise is Essential

It is very important to exercise not only because it is good for your insides, keeps you healthier it also puts you in a happier mood. You look and feel better and it gives you more energy. It also increases your want to have sex. These are not from Barbara's book of notions but true facts. When doing a survey, it is sad to say because society now has said love who you are. Which is absolutely true. People don't feel the need to work out, to keep fit. Being fit, is a turn on to yourself and to the person you are with. You may ask why to yourself, you can fit into clothes you may not have been able to before and that gives you a high. To feel toned and firm. To have your partner rub you body and for you feel secure is such an confidence booster. I am not telling everyone they need to work out until you drop, but get up and move. You will thank me for it. All I am asking for is 10 minutes a day, and for you to do it 7 days a week. Please think about it. I try to mix it up to keep it fun. It is just to get your body moving, then if you like it.
