The Full Package: Start Losing By Eating Right, Aerobics, Weights (And Why)

Now that I’m stressing to get your body down to your target weight, let’s see how we can do it. I’ve touched base with how to keep your calories down but what is it that we need to see results with working out. We need the balance of aerobic activities, with some light weight training. I have said before if you are not one to focus on a video then put on at least 3 upbeat songs and boogie. Next get light weight 3 to 5 pounds is a good start. If this feels too heavy go lighter. You can start with 2 sets of 16 for each muscle group. For example, you would do 16 curls and 16 more. Next triceps, shoulders, back, etc. If you don’t know exactly what is what. Google any weight lifting or toning with weights videos. You can also check out my new ones coming or the ones that I have up already posted on my site. We have to work our lower body with squats, lunges, inner and outer thighs as well. Oh and the calves are very important as well for shapely legs. Remember the cardio burns calories while you are doing it and the weight lifting continues to burn calories after the fact to heal the muscles being used. So you continue to lose weight.
