It's Time To Get In Control Of Our Lives & Our Weight! (And Feel Good About Ourselves)

It is time to let go of those extra pounds and say hello to the body that you always have wanted. Either it’s the body you never have had or the body you have not seen in a while. Either way it’s time to be the person with body that you have been longing for. We have been making excuses for so long and the populations has gained so much weight that instead of being truthful and saying the curves the we are getting are not curves but too much extra weight and we need to lose it and now. No more making clothes sizes bigger, no more saying the bigger the booty the better. We all know men and women like a bigger booty these days but the booties are getting a bit too big that it’s becoming a bit unflattering. So we have to realize what is sexy and what is healthy. We have to be honest with ourselves about being big bone, having children and any other myth that is out there. The bottom line is our metabolism does get slower as we get older. So if we eat more and exercise less we will gain unwanted weight, and if we have children and are running after them shouldn’t that be speeding our system up a bit. Maybe just maybe we are eating more than we are burning and if this is the case we will gain and continue. Once we put the pounds on we feel defeated that we say we will start that diet tomorrow but tomorrow comes and the diet doesn’t. I don’t believe in dieting but I do believe in eating properly and I do believe in not overeating. It is hard to do but if you can get control over you food intake and the amount of calories that you put into your body. You are on your way to shedding some of your unwanted weight. Once you learn what you can eat to lose those pounds you train yourself what is a yes and what is a no. To lose for women you should try to keep it to 1000 calories and for men it’s about 1500. You have to balance out how many calories you are burning but put it this way, if you have rolls throughout your body you need to lose weight. It something that should be taken seriously not only because of how we look but we have become the most unhealthy country and the heaviest country. What is worse we are teaching people it is okay when it’s not. Dr. Oz has finally come out with a commercial that says it point blank it is not okay to be fat. It’s a word we don’t like to hear but it’s time to get in control of how fit you can be. Barbara Jeanne xo
