Eating the Right Foods & Easy Exercise to Lose Those Unwanted Pounds

In my series of getting people to have the want to lose those extra pounds, I am here to motivate you. It is extremely hard to have the want to exercise or eat properly all on your own. So here is where I come in to get you up and moving and to not put that extra cookie in your mouth. Remember pounds come on your body very easily so you need to be conscious of what you eat. Starting this week I will have short workout videos for you to follow. These workouts will be fun and simple. We will work out each and every body part. As you get to see what really works you can do it on your own or continue watching my videos. I will do a class titled “Just don’t sit there” which I taught many years for an outreach program. This is for people that are working and as you sit I will teach you some amazing toning ideas. The most important thing is to have fun. This will give you the want to do. Watch out for the amounts you eat. Keep you carb intake low. This means keep away from too much bread and go for grain bread. Make sure you have no allergies to wheat or whatever grain of bread you are eating. Try to stay away from a lot of processed food. If you can cut out one thing that you eat almost every day will help with you calorie intake. Just as in the morning if you have two cups of coffee and use a lot of creamer or sugar. You are in taking in a lot of calories by drinking that second cup of coffee. It is not the coffee it is everything we put in it to make it sweet. We need to train ourselves to stop and think what food our body is in need of. As well as and what your body doesn’t need and this would be over eating food. As if you drink a lot of soda, this not only bloats you it brings in so many unneeded calories into your body. Drink plenty of water, keep away from bread and don’t pick as you cook. If you have children we tend to pick off their food at times, we need to stop this as well. We have 3 weeks until Valentine’s Day and about 5 months until we get to the warmer weather. So let’s make it a point to get in shape so you can throw out all those baggie clothes that you are hiding under. Barbara Jeanne xo
