Work Out to See Results; Nice & Easy Here's how! (Step1)

With this article will be following a short stretch video along with a 10 minute workout video. The workout is simple. What I do is hit all the target areas at the same time to shorten a workout. You must get at least 12 minutes of cardio with this stretch & workout 3 to 5 times a week. In doing this you will see a difference in your body within 2 weeks of starting. You can take it slower or push it harder that is entirely up to you, but remember you get out of it what you put into it. I know how hard it is to start working out after years of having children, eating junk food, or just not wanting to do a damn thing, but the problem is it shows and as you let it go longer and longer you start to not be so happy with what you are seeing in the mirror. I have been training longer than most think and most reading this and I know what works and how to get it done right. Being a physical therapy asst., working with an orthopedic surgeon, and being a massage therapist for 14 years I know what is safe, how to see results fast and how to heal an injury. I hope you give this work out a chance so you can look in the mirror and be proud of what you see, what you accomplished and yes you did it! If you aren’t sure what to do for cardio, remember I said get three or four upbeat songs that get your booty moving and your heart going and dance. If at any time you feel like you need to rest not “oh I don’t think I can do this” but “I think I might pass out”…stop and take deep breaths to get the oxygen back into your body. You can do this and I will help you every step of the way. I will be posting drinks, meals as well as good healthy snacks.
