How To Tell Your Partner You Have Had A Change Of Heart

People are together as a couple but at some point one may have a change of heart. It is easy for that person to walk away and start a new life. What about the person you left behind? They probably are very hurt, crying, maybe even be a bit confused. If you break someone’s heart you need to be gentle in how you tell them, with compassion and care. You loved this person at one time. Remember this when you are leaving that you may need to console this person. How do you handle this fragile situation? You don't want to give this person you are leaving false hope but you should want them to know you truly did care and maybe why you are leaving. This may help with them having a little bit of closer. Sometimes people leave another one’s life not letting them know why and it leaves them confused, baffled thinking what the heck happened, I thought we were happy. So do tell them that you know they are going through sadness and that you have caused it. To accept to them you are taking the responsibility that you are doing so. They now know you cared enough to take time to see if they are okay. By doing these simple things you are letting them know, first it is over, and second to move on. Most important that you still respect and care that they are hurting. So many times when people leave a relationship, they just bail, leaving the person being left behind devastated. By taking time to put closure they can move on in there head as well as their heart, hopefully in less time. It also is the right thing to do. Leaving someone hurt without an explanation, is more hurtful. So if you have changes of heart take the time and in the long run, its good karma. Because bad karma can be a bitch! BARBARA JEANNE xo
