Making A Healthy Choice

The choice is yours in most situation. Lets see, what you eat, the choice is usually yours. Atleast if you are of age to cook. How about exercising? The choice is yours at almost any age on this one. You might say, you like you fried foods and ice cream. They are quite yummy. You are probally saying you like to eat and you hate to exercise. Okay, let us take a moment to see what you get in exchange. If you eat well or atleast better, you will feel better inside and out. It will show not only on your body but on your skin as well. The glow, the freshness, of fruit, vegtables. Avocado is good for both, it is great for your skin. Lets say you were to exercise and you can see the difference, your waste getting smaller. Fitting into the clothes you thought you wouldn't be able to. You start feeling great, that you can achieve what you thought was impossible. So you want to keep going, make a goal. It is not as hard as you think. If you need inspiration, get picture that motivates you. Like when I see a movie that they are dancing their asses off with their abs are shredded, makes me want to get up and dance and do a million crunches, well that might be a bit crazy. There has got to be something that makes you say I want to look like that, get healthier. Not that you got to be. If you are truly happy how you are and feel, then it is not for me to say. I'm talking to those that want to get up and do something, just need motivation. There is so many choices to eat and ways to lose. Don't sit there,get up and move, just do something!
