This Weeks Exercise

I have four videos that I have posted this week. I wanted you to see that you can be relaxed and not take it too serious because you want to think of exercising as something that is fun and enjoyable. I will be doing one more video this week, which is tomorrow. Next week I will do three videos. A bit more professional and structured. I wanted you to see that you can exercise with children around and stil get a workout in, even if dancing. If you put on any dance music most children will dance. I did three takes the first two was just fun dancing. So I hope you have enjoyed and have had some laughs this week with my videos, that was the whole idea of it. You don't have to know the routines, just get up and move your body.
