Feel Good..Look Good..

You have seen by now, some of my videos that are silly, some a bit more serious, my next video, is serious but fun. I think exercise should be fun. I have been teaching for a long time and I still absolutely love it. There are a lot of people that are not that motivated and those of you people that are not very motivated, i am trying to reach out and let you know..anyway you want to get up and groove and move is up to you. It can be dancing your butt off, or just shaking to a tune, but get up and move. I bring all these things to my site, the articles to help you get your relationship up and improving, the pics to inspire all woman that it is great to feel beautiful. All women should feel beautiful and their men should be encouraging them to open up and feel the sand between their toes, okay that's not too crazy, but know that your body is a beautiful thing. Sex is a wonderful passionate pleasure. There is nothing dirty about the body...I put up my pics in hope to see other woman show their sexy side, to say hey I love my body and i am sexy and hot...so to all the woman on this site, I don't put these pics up for the men but hopefully to encourage even one woman to let your hair down and go bare, or not...completely...it's up to you xo Barbara Jeanne

Laughter is Good for the Mind Heart and Soul

9 Things I Hate About Everyone

1. People who point at their wrist asking for the time... I know where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?

2. People who are willing to get off their a** to search the entire room for the TV remote because they refuse to walk to the TV and change the channel manually.

3. When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Damn Right! What good is cake if you can't eat it?

4. When people say "it's always the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they?

5. When people say while watching a film, "did ya see that?" No Loser, I paid $12 to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor!

6. People who ask "Can I ask you a question?"... Didn't give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?

7. When something is 'new and improved'. Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it, couldn't be new.

8. When people say "life is short". What the hell??? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!!! What can you do that’s longer?

9. When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks "Has the bus come yet?" If the bus came, would I be standing here???

Stress, How to Cope...

Learn how to successfully manage stress by changing the way you respond to stress. Making time for your own for relaxation, to decompress from you trying day is so very important. There are a lot of techniques to reduce your stress level. The stress response floods your body for fight or flight. But while the stress response is helpful in emergency situations where you situations where you must be alert, it wears your body down when you’re constantly activated. The relaxation response brings your system back into balance: deepening your breathing, breathing, filling your tummy with air and then exhale. This reduces the stress hormones, slowing down your heart rate and blood pressure, and relaxing your muscles. In addition to its calming physical effects, research shows that the relaxation response also increases energy and focus, combats illness, relieves aches and pains, heightens problem solving abilities, and boosts motivation and productivity, Best of all with little practice anyone can reap these benefits.
