THE NEW ZUMBA RECALL VIDEO

I made a few videos that were easy breezy fun. I wanted to show you that you don't have to feel as exercise is something on the lines as a really bad homework assignment. Now I wanted to get serious, each video, we are going to do I an going to add alittle more of the routine, until we get a whole routine down. I will make sure to keep it easy and fun. If you give me ten minutes a day I promise to get you into a bathing suit body by the summer. I will also give you tips to better eatting. It is just as important what you eat. So I will guide you as we go along. If there are any questions you have feel free to ask. As I said before, a great snack that gives you a good source of vitamins are smoothies and they are low in calories. Tomorrow I will have low calories smoothies recipes. OX Barbara Jeanne

Todays Exercise Video

Today's execise video is completely unprofessional, but for a reason. I wanted you to know that you can get up and move with anybody and you are still working your body. You can grab your husband, sweetheart, chidren, friends...you get the idea and move. This video was so fun to make and although it seems like it wasn't much, it was 15 minutes of workout and everything helps and counts. The next video is going to be more professional, so we can get us on a routine. I hope you will join in with me. Tip of the day..Omega 3 is one of the best natural all around supplement. It helps just about everything and it is also good for children that have ADD, ADHD, and helps children to focus. Good for hypertention for adults. This Weeks Exercise

I have four videos that I have posted this week. I wanted you to see that you can be relaxed and not take it too serious because you want to think of exercising as something that is fun and enjoyable. I will be doing one more video this week, which is tomorrow. Next week I will do three videos. A bit more professional and structured. I wanted you to see that you can exercise with children around and stil get a workout in, even if dancing. If you put on any dance music most children will dance. I did three takes the first two was just fun dancing. So I hope you have enjoyed and have had some laughs this week with my videos, that was the whole idea of it. You don't have to know the routines, just get up and move your body.

Today Exercise Video...Chair Dance for Your Man

The easiest way to get yourself to continue to excercise is to like what you are doing. So you got to keep it fun. Meaning that as long as you are getting heart reate up and going and you are moving that butt you are exercising. So keep it light and fun. Todays exrcise I started out with a dance routine and then took it to the chair to bring alittle fun to the video. practice up because we will add and do the chair dance for your man. It's okay if you don't get it right. Do it your own way and put your own twist to it. The important thing that it will either come out sexy or funny either way it's a hit for your man. Lose Weight and Love Your New Body

I hope that you are joining in with me on my ten minute workout. I will be doing a different workout each night for the first five days. So I hope you have fun and find a favorite to work out to. If you can do these ten minute work out seven days a week. That means you have to chose two workout you like and do them on your own. If you can do this you will see a difference in three weeks.
