I made a few videos that were easy breezy fun. I wanted to show you that you don't have to feel as exercise is something on the lines as a really bad homework assignment. Now I wanted to get serious, each video, we are going to do I an going to add alittle more of the routine, until we get a whole routine down. I will make sure to keep it easy and fun. If you give me ten minutes a day I promise to get you into a bathing suit body by the summer. I will also give you tips to better eatting. It is just as important what you eat. So I will guide you as we go along. If there are any questions you have feel free to ask. As I said before, a great snack that gives you a good source of vitamins are smoothies and they are low in calories. Tomorrow I will have low calories smoothies recipes. OX Barbara Jeanne
