Zumba III 

I want everyone to please watch this video. Please, if anything it will show you that you can have a great time and still benefit by your exercising. You can get music you like and boogie. Grab you kids and dance around. If your partner is willing, you can have them join in. It is fun and a great way to get closer. Zumba is a great way to swing those hips, shake those shoulders and get into shape. xo barb

START DATE TO EXERCISE

I really hope that you all join me in toning stretching and exercising our body back to a healthy, happy you. The person you want to be. I know everyone has 10 minutes to give to getting back that shape that turns heads, that makes you feel good. Workout With Me, I'll Make You Laugh & Lose Weight 

Me being under the weather I did not get the opportunity to be as consistent in my workouts. So I am taking the time to do so now. Starting tomorrow, everyday for the first 5 days will be a different fun 10 minute workout. Along with a fitness tip. Thereafter, I will do a 10 minute workout weekly, so it will give you an opportunity to exercise to the workout that you enjoy. This will be coinciding with a weekly article. There will be zumba, pilates, kick boxing, dance, chair dance and good old fashion aerobics to begin with and we will take it from there. If you join me each day, you without a doubt will see a difference in three weeks. If there are any questions you have about any areas you are concerned about, injuries or nutrition, etc, please feel free to ask. Let's try to do this together and have fun. You need not go to a gym to get results. I have managed gyms as well for a long time and seen many people wasting their much hard earned money and not attending. 10 Minute Workouts Really Do Work!

I have been saying this since I began my fitness quotes. Tonight on the 6 o'clock news, there was a segment that said, if you cut out only one glass of your intake of soda that you usually drink daily, you will lose 15 pounds. If you take the stairs or walk around the block once a day, you will see a difference in weeks. As well as excercising while watching tv sitting on your couch or laying on you bed, you will shed the pounds and not even realize you are working out. So, I have been a bit under the weather but, I am going to start up the ten minute workouts. An assortment of 10 minute videos, so you can pick the one you like. I will have zumba, yoga, kick boxing, pilates, good old fashion aerobics, and dance. Oh, and I also will be doing a chair dance routine, which works and tones your muscles and you can do it for your man. The point of the segment as I said before if you are consistent, you will notice your body firming up and the loss of weight. Even if it comes off slowly. you will be moving forward to a healthy body. Hope you join me xo Barbara Jeanne

Night Time Snacking

If you are up and on the computer and reading this, here is the late night tip... put down the food. It's too late to be eatting. So call it a night on the snacks and start changing this bad habit. You should try not to eat 2 to 3 hours before bed unless on medication. If you do need to snack, keep it lite. xo Barbara Jeanne
