I have been saying this since I began my fitness quotes. Tonight on the 6 o'clock news, there was a segment that said, if you cut out only one glass of your intake of soda that you usually drink daily, you will lose 15 pounds. If you take the stairs or walk around the block once a day, you will see a difference in weeks. As well as excercising while watching tv sitting on your couch or laying on you bed, you will shed the pounds and not even realize you are working out. So, I have been a bit under the weather but, I am going to start up the ten minute workouts. An assortment of 10 minute videos, so you can pick the one you like. I will have zumba, yoga, kick boxing, pilates, good old fashion aerobics, and dance. Oh, and I also will be doing a chair dance routine, which works and tones your muscles and you can do it for your man. The point of the segment as I said before if you are consistent, you will notice your body firming up and the loss of weight. Even if it comes off slowly. you will be moving forward to a healthy body. Hope you join me xo Barbara Jeanne
