Summertime is right around the corner. Infact it seems as if it was just summer. The holidays as passed us by and we are heading into spring. I try to put out simple easy exercise videos, to make it easy to get up and and move. That is what is most important. I don't feel it is about doing all those jazzy steps as important as it is to move. So although if you see I have had alittle of this alittle of that. Sometimes silly but I am still moving and that is what is important. So as I said before I am asking you for 10 minutes of your day to shed those extra pounds to fit into those summer clothes. Lets be honest, it is easier to hide under winter clothes than those summer cottons. Let us try to reach our goal and to fit into that bathing suit you have been dreaming of. So, either follow my easy steps, or throw on some music that gets you going and dance that weight off. Do what gets you up and moving, but move!
Another Great Smoothie: 1 Banana, half cup of strawberries, half cup of blue berries, 1 cup of Promegranate and crushed ice.....Blend it and put it in a tall glass with a straw, looks like a pro made it. xo Barbara Jeanne
