Talapia Recipe

Simple anD easy, get how every many pieces you need to feed the amount of people you have. Get aluminum foil and base the whole tray. Put the fish on the tray, along with asparagus. Srinkle on onion powder, basil and crushed garlic from the jar. Spread it all over the fish. Next cover the fish and asparagus with diced tomatos. (I like Del Montes). Completely cover the tray with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Make some minute rice and you got a great meal. xo Barbara Jeanne

Don't Take Woking Out So Serious

If you are the few that actually goes to a gym, more power to you. Two thumbs up. The point of my videos are to get the people that don't want to work out. Don't want to go out and buy that membership and the workout clothes and go to a class where they don't know the steps. So what happens they don't go and inturn they don't work out. I am trying to be different and let people know it's okay not to know the steps. It's okay to hate to exercise, or see those people in spandex. Yes the perfect envirorment would be to have the sneakers, well that's about it. But 10 minutes of moving in any shoes is not going to damage your feet. We are not doing high impact aerobics. Although I am license and certified in fitness, I want to make working out so enjoyable, that if I got just a few people up and going that wouldn't have otherwise that will make me feel ecstatic. My goal with my whole website is to help people in need. xo Barbara Jeanne

Exercise Your Way Into That Swimsuit You Been Dreaming Of

Summertime is right around the corner. Infact it seems as if it was just summer. The holidays as passed us by and we are heading into spring. I try to put out simple easy exercise videos, to make it easy to get up and and move. That is what is most important. I don't feel it is about doing all those jazzy steps as important as it is to move. So although if you see I have had alittle of this alittle of that. Sometimes silly but I am still moving and that is what is important. So as I said before I am asking you for 10 minutes of your day to shed those extra pounds to fit into those summer clothes. Lets be honest, it is easier to hide under winter clothes than those summer cottons. Let us try to reach our goal and to fit into that bathing suit you have been dreaming of. So, either follow my easy steps, or throw on some music that gets you going and dance that weight off. Do what gets you up and moving, but move!

Another Great Smoothie: 1 Banana, half cup of strawberries, half cup of blue berries, 1 cup of Promegranate and crushed ice.....Blend it and put it in a tall glass with a straw, looks like a pro made it. xo Barbara Jeanne

Exercise is Essential

It is very important to exercise not only because it is good for your insides, keeps you healthier it also puts you in a happier mood. You look and feel better and it gives you more energy. It also increases your want to have sex. These are not from Barbara's book of notions but true facts. When doing a survey, it is sad to say because society now has said love who you are. Which is absolutely true. People don't feel the need to work out, to keep fit. Being fit, is a turn on to yourself and to the person you are with. You may ask why to yourself, you can fit into clothes you may not have been able to before and that gives you a high. To feel toned and firm. To have your partner rub you body and for you feel secure is such an confidence booster. I am not telling everyone they need to work out until you drop, but get up and move. You will thank me for it. All I am asking for is 10 minutes a day, and for you to do it 7 days a week. Please think about it. I try to mix it up to keep it fun. It is just to get your body moving, then if you like it. Smoothie Recipe

2 Ripe Bananas

1 half cup of Blueberries,  5 or 6 Large Strawberries

Full Tray of Ice

8 oz of Sprite or Diet Sprite (Their are natural juices that are wonderful) They are more expensive but that is what I try to use

Next Blend Until Completely Smooth...Serve with a straw..ENJOY!
