When Not to Eat

When not to eat should be very simple to know, but we don't or won't seem to follow even if we do. If you want to keep those pounds down, or off. You should follow these simple rules. Do not eat when you are not hungry and do not eat atleast four hours before bed. It allow your food to digest. If you snack up until bedtime it slows down your metabolism. When you slow down your metabolism it becomes sluggish and then dormant. Which makes it harder to lose weight. You then need to kick start it, with a boost of high energy low carb foods and exercise, So, if you want to keep it simple. Eat better, and you will need less calories to burn. Tip of the day,good source of protien is tuna, or chicken breast. Fast and simple to make, also remember the way you make adds clories, so keep it simple. xo Barbara Jeanne

Fast Food Won't Do

You can't eat fast food all the time. Even to pick up fast food that is cooked in a resturant, it is still fast food. They use tons of butters, oils and fatty products to make the food taste better and more preservatives, so the food stay longer. So the best bet is to take some time and get a recipe book for simple recipes, that you can whip up in no time. Here is one if my favorites. 2 table spoons of olive oil, 2 table spoons of butter or margerine. Which ever you use, they have lighter, less calories ones. Saute onions and fresh garlic, or even from the jar. Put in some basil or any other seaning you may like. Cut up chicken breast. It doesn't need to be alot, brown that up a bit. Pick the vegetable of your choice. Let us say brocolli. keep mixing that up. In the middle of doing this put on a pot of water. When boiling, pick the pasta of your choice. put that in. When the pasta is done, the chiken and brocolli should be as well. Drain the pasta, and place some on plate. Watch the portions. Not to big. Next, put the chicken and brocolli on top. Sprinkle with alitlle shredded mozzarella chesse and parmesan chesse. You have a meal in 20 minutes. Fast, healthy and simple. Tip of the day, coffee with alot of milkor half and half and sugar can add quick pounds and make your tummy fluffy. xo barbara jeanne

Fitness That Fits You

We all are busy running here, running there, and it leaves little time for things that you are not crazy about. If exercising is not your thing, then that is the last thing you want to do. So how can you make it a little easier. First you got to put in your mind, you need it. You will not only feel better, you will look better. What are steps to do it to keep it simple, and not feel like it is torture. Here are some easy tips, while you are preparing dinner, march in place, sqeeze your butt. Step and up and down on your toes, to work you calf muscles. V your legs and go up and down. You can do these anywhere, while you are brushing you teeth as well. Every bit helps. Sitting, lift your legs up and down, even if your knees are bent, then extended. Everything you do, keep it 2 sets of 16 to start and add from there. In bed extend your legs, it cant get easier then this. Now put your hands behind your head for support and lift your upper body. Tip, once you have not exercised and have gained weight you metabolism becomes dormant. So you need to boost it. By eatting fast burning foods and exercising period. You will be happy that you lost the weight, and feel better mentally and phyically. xo barbara jeanne

Exercise Your Way to Sex

          You might be saying, If they don't want me the way I am then that is to bad. The thing is that it is you that doesn't feel comfortable to have sex, or be touched in certain areas. By exercising it will not only put you more in the mood, because you stimulate your senses. You feel better about your body, making you want to be touched, fondlind and to have sex. Also what you wear, the material as well makes you feel sexier. Satans and silks make you fell sexy, as well as the person feeling the material will want to touch. Tips of the daY: Satan and silk also makes you sleep better, especially for woman going through hot flashes, it makes them less, for you to get a beter night of sleep. Love Your Body, The Way to a Better You! It's Can Be Easier Than You Think

You have one body; you need to take care of it. Not only should you eat right, and exercise. You need to sleep. Sleeping heals your body. It restores and repairs. So many people are unhappy with their body, but won't do anything about it. They will continue to buy bigger clothes, blame it on stress, it's everything but you. Start taking responsibility for yourself. You need to admit first off that you do over eat, and how can you change that. If you are very lazy, what will motivate you to move. If you don't sleep enough, you need to drink tes or do whatever it is that you need to get proper sleep. You should get eight hours of sleep to restore your body. All these foods with preservatives are not good and lead to illness. Food dyes cause allergies. So learn your body and do right for yourself and most importantly learn to love your body. It feels so good not only to look good, it feels great to feel good. We all know this but just don't take the measure to get there. When we walk into someone that is wearing a fit forming outfit you might think that you would die to wear it. Some people get a bit envious and some jealousy may comes out. You might even say she looks a bit slutty, how can she wear such skimpy clothes. Inside you are wishing that you could, instead of having negative feelings, turn it around and start slow. Start to eat better, even if it is day by day. The same for exercising begin working out even if it is for ten minutes. It is a start and a way to a better you. If you stop making excuses and instead make a goal you will be on your way.. It may take some time but if you don't give up, you will achieve your goal. You will eventually be healthier mind, body and soul! Barbara Jeanne xo
