HAVE SEX & BURN CALORIES

There may be the perfect reason to have sex. Not only can it be yummy with the right person, you actually are burning calories. IF it pasionate, hot and sweaty, you can burn up to three hundred. So f*** like animals and have fun. Tip of the day, try to know the person, so you can get a workout at least three times a week. Great huh! XO Barbara Jeanne

Make Time For You, How to Heal Your Mind & Body

            You are the most important person, remember that. If you mind and body is not working properly, then you are not too good for you or to others. That means you need a healthy mind and body. So take time to decompress. Take a shower; let the hot water relax your muscles, or take a bath with lavender. Good for calming. Get a massage if you can. If you can't afford, ask your honey or your children. If they are moaning and not in the mood you can swap, you can even swap with your girlfriends. You need to do something that makes you feel good, that takes away your tension. Shop but bargain shops if you don't have a lot of cash to work with. Hit a good dollar store. Look for sales. It always feels good to get more for your money. Also you can get a manicure or a pedicure done. If you don't have the cash, soak your feet in a tub of warm water and close your eyes. There is always a way, to do it the inexpensive way. Learn to meditate or do some form of relaxation. Put some soothing music on close your eyes and imagine yourself floating. It may not be hard to adjust to these simple methods of relaxation but they will help heal your mind and body. These are both for men and woman. Men you might want to hang with the boys, play a little cards or some ball. If you give these techniques a chance when you have had a little time to yourself you will feel ready to take on your life. When you don't allow yourself me time, eventually you are going to get burnt out. Doing things that comfort you help you heal, so you can have the energy do for others. Barbara Jeanne xo

Exercise doesn't need to cost?

Being a fitness director, managing gyms for so long, the average length of time a person last is three weeks and they are gone. So whast is going to make it fun to exercise to lose those unwanted pounds? I am telling you now STOP buying all those gimmicks you see to exercise the fun way on all those imfomercials. When will you realize it is a waste of money. Don't you ever look in the corner or wherever it is that you stacked all of those videos, dvds and equipment that you bought and don't use. So that brings me to the topic, how do you execise if you don't buy a gym membership or all that junk that they offered late at night that you may of ordered with your midnight snack and a credit card. Stop doing it. All you need is music, or a tv, there are so many stations that offer some form of exercise. You don't need to spend money. If you are gong the music route, play fast up beat music and dance. How you dance, who cares, just move your body. It will save you lots of money and time, trying to put the latest gimmick together. Tip of the day, week end snacking can add five pounds, so watch how and what you are snacking on.xo Barbara Jeanne

Making A Healthy Choice

The choice is yours in most situation. Lets see, what you eat, the choice is usually yours. Atleast if you are of age to cook. How about exercising? The choice is yours at almost any age on this one. You might say, you like you fried foods and ice cream. They are quite yummy. You are probally saying you like to eat and you hate to exercise. Okay, let us take a moment to see what you get in exchange. If you eat well or atleast better, you will feel better inside and out. It will show not only on your body but on your skin as well. The glow, the freshness, of fruit, vegtables. Avocado is good for both, it is great for your skin. Lets say you were to exercise and you can see the difference, your waste getting smaller. Fitting into the clothes you thought you wouldn't be able to. You start feeling great, that you can achieve what you thought was impossible. So you want to keep going, make a goal. It is not as hard as you think. If you need inspiration, get picture that motivates you. Like when I see a movie that they are dancing their asses off with their abs are shredded, makes me want to get up and dance and do a million crunches, well that might be a bit crazy. There has got to be something that makes you say I want to look like that, get healthier. Not that you got to be. If you are truly happy how you are and feel, then it is not for me to say. I'm talking to those that want to get up and do something, just need motivation. There is so many choices to eat and ways to lose. Don't sit there,get up and move, just do something! Diets Don't Work

There are so many diets out there, so many pills to take. Which ones help? None! Example. Kristy Alley and Valarie Bertenelli. both were successful during their duration at Jenny Criag. Having your own personal trainor does help tremendously, as they both did. Once their time was up though, Kristy fell apart and Valarie did put some weight back on. Point being, any diet you do is short term. Once you stop your diet, you will gain the weight back. The only way to keep the pounds off and stay at a stable weight is to be consistant. So, if you want to lose weight you have to lower you calorie intake. If you learn to do this yourself, you wll learn how much you can eat. At the same time you will teach your brain not to over eat. So stop wasting your money, and learn how to eat properly, a great way to start om your on, go with your calorie in take, for a woman it should be 1000 to 1500, for a strict lose weight diet. For men 1500 to 2000. I am not saying to say at this calorie level. This is for losing. Then you need to see what your body loses at, what works for you. No one knows your body better than yourself. So, if you need ask, but learn what works for your body. Also remember if you exercise of some sort, it will make losing a whole lot easier. Tip for today, you could do 25 lounges, 25 squats and 25 crunches everyday, it will still help. It will also help to increase as you go. xo Barbara Jeanne
